Eye face toning exercise: Sitting up straight with your eyes closed and relaxed. While keeping your eyes closed, lift your eyebrows and
stretching your eyelids down as far as possible. Hold this for a count of 5, release the position and relax. Repeat 5 times.
Cheek face toning exercise: Make a relaxed smile while keeping your lips closed. Suck in your cheeks towards your teeth, touching them
if possible. Hold the position and count to 10. Relax for a moment, and repeat 10 times.
Forehead face toning exercise: Again sitting up straight, bring your eyebrows down over your eyes. At the same time wrinkle your nose
upward while flaring your nostrils. Hold this position and count to 10. Relax, and repeat the process 5 times.
These are just some sample face toning exercises. You should begin to feel the burn nearing the end of each set for each exercise. These
